Quraveo is owned and operated by Vaibhav Kumar. We sell exclusively digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There is no physical shipping, courier delivery, or postal service involved in any order.
2. Delivery Method
All products are delivered electronically through the following methods:
- Instant download: Immediately after successful payment verification, you are redirected to an order confirmation page with a secure download link.
- Email delivery: An order confirmation email containing your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Account dashboard: If you have a registered account, purchased products are also available under your dashboard for re-download.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: Instant — within seconds of successful payment.
- Email delivery: Order confirmation emails are typically sent within 5 minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it.
- Payment pending: If payment is pending or fails, no product is delivered until payment is confirmed.
4. Download Access
- Each purchase includes a secure, token-protected download link.
- Download access is lifetime — there is no time expiry and no download count limit on your purchase link.
- You may download each product up to 5 times within the validity period.
- Registered users can request new download access from their dashboard or by contacting support.
5. File Formats and Requirements
Each product page lists included file formats (e.g., Figma, SVG, PNG, ZIP) and system requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software before purchasing. We are not responsible for incompatibility with your systems if requirements were clearly stated on the product page.
6. Free Updates
Purchased products include free lifetime updates where applicable. When an update is released, registered users will be notified by email and can download the updated version from their dashboard.

8. Geographic Availability
Our digital products are available for purchase worldwide. Since delivery is electronic, there are no geographic shipping restrictions. Payment is processed in INR through Razorpay; your bank may apply currency conversion fees for international cards.
9. No Physical Shipping
As we sell only digital products:
- There are no shipping charges.
- There are no delivery addresses required for product fulfilment.
- There are no shipping timelines, tracking numbers, or courier services.
