At Quraveo, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request them.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and requirements carefully before purchasing.
2. General Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased from https://quraveo.com, subject to the conditions below.
2.1 Eligible for Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- The product files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description.
- You are unable to download the product due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded or used the files (contact us immediately).
- The product does not work as described and our support team cannot provide a working solution.
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- You have already downloaded the product files and there is no technical defect.
- You changed your mind after downloading or using the product.
- The product works as described but does not meet your subjective expectations.
- You lack the required software or skills to use the product (requirements are listed on each product page).
- You violated our Terms & Conditions or License Agreement.
- You initiated a chargeback without contacting us first.
3. Cancellation Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly after payment:
- Before payment: You may cancel at any time before completing payment with no charge.
- After payment: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and download access is granted, except under the refund conditions above.
- Failed payments: If payment fails or is declined, no order is created and no charge is made.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- Order number or Razorpay payment ID
- Product name
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshots or details of any technical issue (if applicable)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review it within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are initiated through Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- We will email you once the refund has been initiated.
- After a refund is processed, your license to use the product is revoked and download access will be disabled.
6. Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion. This will be communicated to you in writing.
7. Chargebacks
